What to Report
To help us deliver on our commitment described in the previous paragraph, we have established the Whistleblower as a communication channel for employees and other stakeholders to report concerns relating to the integrity of Amana Bank accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters; ethical business or personal conduct, integrity and professionalism; or allegations of retaliation for having reported matters in good faith.
The Whistleblower, is an independent, confidential and anonymous (except where prohibited by law) reporting channel for your financial and ethical concerns. Members of the public who become aware of or suspect any breach of the Code or who have complaints concerning other ethical, legal or regulatory matters are also encouraged to report such concerns through the whistleblower link.
